Terms of Service
Effective date: 21 September 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
27 app is a church financial tracking service provided by Fourello Inc., a corporation registered in the Philippines with its principal office in Quezon City.
These Terms are an agreement between Fourello Inc. ("we", "us") and the church or organisation that subscribes to 27 app ("you", "your church"). They apply to everyone your church gives access to.
By using 27 app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What 27 app is
27 app helps a church record what it receives and spends, track what it still owes, keep separate funds and campaigns apart, and produce records for its leadership.
27 app is a record-keeping tool. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. It does not prepare or file tax returns, and it does not replace an accountant or auditor. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, for your own compliance obligations, and for any decision you make using information in the service. Category names in 27 app that refer to taxes or government contributions are labels for your own bookkeeping, not a statement of what you owe.
3. Your account
Your church nominates who gets access and what role each person has. You are responsible for:
- keeping sign-in credentials confidential and not sharing accounts between people
- setting up two-factor sign-in where the service requires it
- removing access promptly when someone leaves your team
- everything done through accounts your church has authorised
Tell us at rep@fourello.com as soon as you become aware of any unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use 27 app for anything unlawful, or to record transactions you know to be false
- attempt to access another church's data, or to bypass the service's access controls
- probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission
- copy, resell, or make the service available to a third party as your own
- upload malicious files, or anything that infringes someone else's rights
- interfere with the service's operation or place an unreasonable load on it
We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe this section has been breached.
5. Subscription and payment
Subscription fees are as stated at the time you subscribe, either on our website or in a written quotation from us.
Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically unless you cancel before the next period begins. If a payment remains unpaid more than 30 days after its due date, we may suspend access after giving you notice.
We may change our fees by giving you at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Any setup or data migration work is quoted separately and is not included in the subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Your data belongs to you
Your church owns its data. Everything your church enters, including financial records, giver details, receipts, and reports, remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that data only as needed to provide the service to you, to keep it secure, and to support you when you ask. We do not sell it, share it for anyone else's purposes, or use it to train machine learning models.
Exporting. You can export your records from within the service at any time. If you ask us for a full export when your subscription ends, we will provide it in a usable electronic format at no charge within 14 days.
Deletion. You may ask us to delete your church's data at any time, and we will do so within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Deletion is permanent. If you have not asked us to delete your data, we delete it 90 days after your subscription ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Data protection
Your church is the personal information controller for the records it enters. We are its personal information processor under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
We will:
- process personal data only as needed to provide the service, and on your instructions
- keep each church's data in a separate database
- apply the security measures described in our Privacy Policy
- notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data
- assist you, so far as we reasonably can, in responding to requests from data subjects and from the National Privacy Commission
- return or delete your data when the subscription ends, as set out in section 6
You will:
- obtain any consent required from the people whose data you record, including givers
- give those people the notice the law requires
- keep the data you enter accurate, and grant access only to people who should have it
- respond to requests from your own givers and members
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep 27 app available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of a problem with one of the providers we rely on.
We do not offer a guaranteed uptime or response time. Support is provided by email at rep@fourello.com during Philippine business hours, and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
We keep backups of the service, but you remain responsible for your own records. We recommend keeping your own periodic export, particularly during your first months of use.
9. Third-party services
27 app depends on services provided by others, including our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and, if you enable online giving, a payment provider.
Where your church enables online giving, you hold your own merchant account with the payment provider, money settles directly to your church's own bank account, and your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms. We never hold or handle your church's money. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, or availability of any third-party provider.
10. Changes to the service and to these Terms
We may change or improve the service. We will not remove a significant feature you rely on without reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept the change, you may end your subscription as described in section 11.
11. Suspension and termination
You may end your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if fees remain unpaid after notice, or if we are required to by law. Except in cases of serious breach or legal requirement, we will give you notice and a reasonable chance to fix the problem first.
If we ever discontinue 27 app entirely, we will give you at least 90 days' notice and a full export of your data.
On termination, section 6 governs export and deletion.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide 27 app with reasonable care and skill.
Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement your church has. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information in the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from your church's use of the service in breach of these Terms, or from data your church entered without the consent or notice the law requires.
15. Confidentiality
Each of us may learn confidential information about the other. Neither will disclose it except to people who need it and are bound to keep it confidential, or where the law requires disclosure. This obligation continues after these Terms end.
16. General
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor of our business, and will tell you if we do.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
- Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Quezon City, and both parties submit to their jurisdiction.
